When they got married in 2013, they didn’t even had to think twice about where they were going to spend their honeymoon. They wanted to experience Africa in a different way and decided to take a motorbike trip through Africa.
Three memorable months and 6000 kilometres later, they had travelled from Namibia to Zambia, then further to Malawi and Tanzania. Basically, from the Atlantic to Indian Ocean.
They met their future business partner, Josephat during their stay in South Luangwa. He had been their private safari guide for a few days. Josephat's vast knowledge, not only about the
park but also the wildlife, impressed them immensely. They shared their vision with him and after many intense discussions; they knew that Josephat would be the right person to partner with.
The idea of their own Safari Lodge was starting to become a reality!
