Each of the Tented Suites are accessed via wooden walkways from the central area and are built on raised decks with a private veranda looking out over the Luangwa River and the wildlife in the immediate area. Children's Discount
- - Children aged 6 to 16 at time of arrival, sharing with two adults, receive a 50% discount off the adult rate. Park fees will apply at the appropriate level.

Bookings made on a provisional basis can be held for up to 21 days then:
- - 25% deposit of the quoted rate required to confirm booking
- - Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- - No cancellation fee up to 91 days prior to arrival
- - 50% cancellation fee 90-31 days prior to arrival
- - 100% cancellation fee 30-0 days prior to arrival
